Charlotte, moisturising ingredients help during the cleansing process. But most of them end up down the drain, too as you rinse them off.

Do they help or do they just go down the drain with little time to absorb? Could they help make a cleanser gentler? Ceramides seem to help in a cleanser, so could others? So many questions. haha
