In reply to Bree. Bree, start with salicylic acid to get the pores under control. Besides, you've just started retinol so glycolic may be too much for you right now. Three times a week is enough.

Hi Gio, I’m 35 and have large pores on my nose and the occasional pimples on my forehead. However, the rest of my face is dry and feels tight during the day. What is a good option for me? And how often should I be exfoliating?
I have also just started using retinol (Neutrogena Rapid wrinkle repair moisturiser) at night and vitamin C (The Ordinary Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12%) every second morning. Thanks!

In reply to Thelma Sansome. Thelma, you can still exfoliate once or twice a week. Glycolic acid actually makes skin THICKER with regular use.
