Hi Geo,
I have been using organic, cold-pressed sunflower oil as a moisturizer after i cleanse. Am i using the correct kind of sunflower oil? I have really sensitive skin and this oil has not caused any type of allergic reaction or breakouts since i stated using it, but just want to make sure i am using the correct thing.

In reply to Claire. Claire, no, don't use the cooking kind. Get a bottle at your local health store. You can apply it before sunscreen.

Hi Gio,

May I know where can I get sunflower facial oil? Is it the same as the one for cooking? I have never apply any kitchen oil on my face before, kinda feel weird and insecure ? Also, facial oil should always applied after sunscreen? Thank you!

The first time I heard the existence of sunflower oil (and actually remembered it) was on a bag of chips haha. I’ve seen sunflower oil in my lotions and I haven’t used pure sunflower oil either.
My wheat bread I love has sunflower seeds on top (random I know).
