Leire, you’re welcome. Shea butter is a godsend for dry skin, but almond oil works well too. I also know a few people who mix the two together (although they usually use unrefined shea butter for that) to get the best of both worlds. 🙂

Allison, yeah, not all The Body Shop Body Butters have the same consistency. Some are thicker and perfect for winter, while others are more lightweight, and more suitable for spring. They are all very moistuirizing, though, and last a looong time. And so do the Haus of Gloi Pumpking Butters. You may not want to go back to anything else once you’ve tried those though! 😉

Gio. I just came back from Ulta, and I checked out The Body Shop butters. The coconut body butter was divine, but it looked like it was different from the regular Shea Butter body butter. I sampled them both, and I will buy whichever one has more shea in it when I finish up two jars of body butter I currently have. Also, I bookmarked the Haus of Gloi website. I see what you mean! I’m very interested in their fragrances so I am sure I will get something(s) from them!

Allison, if shea butter is one of the first five ingredients on the label (and it usually is), then there is enough of it to keep skin moisturized for hours. 🙂 And it does that so well! On its own, though, it’s not that pleasant to use. Too greasy, I agree.

If you can, do try Depravity. I have to warn you, though. Haus Of Gloi is very addictive! 😉
