I admit it: to me, Sleek Makeup i-Divine Oh So Special Eyeshadow Palette didn’t look like much in the pan. Neutrals rarely excite me, you know?
But once I swatched them, I fell in love. These neutrals are anything but boring! Check out the pictures below for proof. 🙂

What’s In Sleek Makeup i-Divine Oh So Special Eyeshadow Palette?
Sleek Makeup I-Divine Oh So Special Eyeshadow Palette features 12 neutral and smokey tones in shimmery and matte finishes.
The shimmery finish is courtesy of mica. It’s a naturally occurring mineral that gives sparkle to products. The bigger the size of the mica, the shinier the eyeshadows.
Colours
- Celebrate: A beautiful shimmery purple with dark brown undertones
- Glitz: Grey with blue undertones and a shimmery finsh
- Gift Basket: A shimmery bronzy brown
- Ribbon: A matte peach
- Organza: A beautiful champagne shade with pink undertones
- Bow: Matte cream
- Pamper: Soft pink with peach undertones
- Gateau: Pink with gold iridescence
- The Mail: Matte beige
- Boxed: A matte dark brown
- Wrapped Up: Brown eyeshadow with purple undertones
- Noir: Matte black
Texture
As always with Sleek Makeup palettes, the texture is very soft and easy to blend. I didn’t experience any fallout.
Pigmentation
Sleek Makeup is famous for their highly pigmented, soft shimmery shades. They don’t disappoint this time, either. Their matte shades are sheerer, but still pretty good compared to many drugstore counterparts. If you have a dark skin tone, you’ll probably have to build them up to your desired intensity.

Staying Power
I find the staying power to be pretty good as well. They lasted about 8 hours on my slightly oily lids before starting to crease, but only minimally. A primer will easily make them stay put all day though.
Fragrance
It’s fragrance-free.
How To Use It
With your own brushes. The one that comes with the palette isn’t very good. I also recommend using an eyeshadow primer underneath to make the matte shades more vibrant and long-lasting.
Performance & Personal Opinion
As you can see from the swatches, the shades in Sleek Makeup I-Divine Oh So Special Eyeshadow Palette are versatile and can be used for any occasion.
The light shades are perfect for the day while the dark ones are ideal for night-time looks. You can go from day to night with only this palette. Perfect for travelling, don’t you agree?
My favourite shades are Gateau, Glitz and Organza as they are just gorgeous with amazing pigmentation. Bow is barely visible in the picture above but that is because, when swatched it is pretty much the same color as that of my skin, but it has good color payoff, like the rest of the shades (Pamper is the sheerest one) and is perfect to highlight the browbone.
A couple of lighter shades (Pamper and The Mail) may not show up well on those with darker skintones but fair-skinned beauties won’t have any problems with any of the colors.
I find the shimmery shades easier to use. They’re so pigmented, a little goes a long way and blend like a dream. The mattes require a bit more work. You have to build them a little and they don’t blend as smoothly.
But hey, at least they aren’t as chalky and uber sheer as a lot of other matte shades you get at the drugstore. You can actually create some beautiful looks with them.
Who Is This For?
- Anyone who loves neutral shades.
- Anyone who’s looking for a day-to-night palette for travelling.
Who Is This Not For?
If you like bold and colourful shades, this isn’t for you.
Packaging
Like all Sleek Makeup I-Divine Eyeshadow Palettes, Oh So Special comes in a sleek black case that features a big mirror and a double-tipped sponge applicator. I dig the mirror, it makes application easier. But the brush is pretty useless.

La trovo una palette molto autunnale, ma decisamente scrivente!
Fidya, concordo, i colori sono molto autunnali ma adatti a ogni stagione. La pigmentazione è ottima.
If only the one and only Superdrug not-so-near to me still as this palette in stock…… I love the pinks and peaches in this palette.
Vonvon, it is a permanent palette so it may come back in stock soon. I hope you’ll be able to get it. Ribbon is a lovely peach shade. 🙂
Some day I will own Sleek eye shadow…and that will be a glorious day.
Trisha, it will indeed. 😉
Soo pretty! I saw swatches of this on Lipglossiping and really loved it, now you’re making me want it even more grr. Really don’t need any more eyeshadows, but this palette has such a nice combination of shades for everyday wear.
Makup Morsels, oops, sorry! lol. 🙂 I love the shades are all very wearable, yet not boring at all. It’s very versatile too. 🙂
Oh, Sleek, every review I read and picture I see make me want you more.
Tammy, I hope you can find a way to get your hands on some Sleek makeup soon. I know you’ll love their palettes. 😉
The layout and packaging of the palette reminds me of palettes by MUA.
Hannah, yes, they are similar. But, I think Sleek came first?
I don’t know. Before this review I’d never heard of Sleek. Quite honestly, I think MUA’s palettes look much prettier, and I’ve heard some of them are good dupes for the UD Naked Palettes.
I heard of Sleek about 7 years ago now. They’ve been around for a long time, but only exploded around the time blogging became a thing. Without UK bloggers promoting them for free, they’d still be an obscure brands few know about.
Yes, I’ve heard them, too. I love UD Naked Palettes, but it’s great to have so many cheap dupes.
That’s cool. I have UD Nakeds 2 and 3.
Have you heard of Makeup Revolution’s Iconic Palettes or W7? Like its Into the Buff palette?
H, yes, I have heard raves about them, but I haven’t tried them yet because I already have similar shades in my stash. 🙂
I love this eye shadow palette so much the shimmery colours are the best in my option i defently recommend this palette xxx I might do a review on another sleek palette this week on my blog xxx
Carla, it’s very pretty indeed. Gotta love Sleek palettes. 🙂
